What We’re Working On
Mise Logic Lab is in active development, built by former restaurant operators around the systems restaurants actually have to manage. Rather than wait until every part of the platform is finished, we launched the Compliance Bundle — Routine Lab + Safety Lab — first. This page is our running log of what’s live, what we’re polishing, and what we’re still building.
Expanding Compliance Across North America
The current launch market is Canada, and our regulatory coverage is continuing to grow. We’re actively working through additional provincial regulations, requirements and legislation so the Compliance Bundle can support restaurants across Canada more completely. We’re also beginning the work required to support U.S. states. Those markets will be added as the underlying requirements are researched and built properly. We are not publishing release dates before that work is complete.

The core food-cost platform covers inventory and counting, purchasing, recipe costing, menu engineering, prep and yield tracking, waste, invoice processing and reporting. The underlying approach is already defined: purchasing units convert into recipe units, supplier price changes flow through recipes, POS mix connects sales to ingredient depletion, and theoretical inventory can be compared against what was actually counted.
